Our Impact
Radical Mullet Tea is built on the belief that good business should create real change.
All profits from each purchase supports our Social Impact Fund, reinvesting directly into Two- Spirit, trans, and gender-diverse communities through mutual aid, community programs, and grassroots initiatives.
Our impact goes beyond dollars. We use tea as a daily ritual of visibility, resistance, and joy ; challenging binaries, amplifying queer stories, and creating products that let people feel seen, affirmed, and connected.
Every cup helps fund care, shift narratives, and make space for people to exist fully and unapologetically.
We start with care. Every blend is chosen for quality, flavour, and the story it tells. We work with trusted suppliers who prioritize ethical sourcing and consistent craftsmanship, then thoughtfully develop each tea to reflect queer joy, resistance, and self-expression.
From blending to packaging, our process is hands-on, and values led. We keep things small batch where possible, design with sustainability in mind, and make decisions transparently.
